There is no doubt that social networks provide endless opportunities for users to connect with brands and people, to be entertained and informed. However, there are also many shadows surrounding these platforms, which can sometimes become toxic environments. To help users limit their use of social networks so they don’t end up cutting themselves off, you can benefit from these tips:
Turn off push notifications
Push notifications overlapping social networking apps can be disabled to prevent our lives from being inundated by those sounds that, more often than not, we are drawn to check. In this way, productivity and concentration levels are more than likely to increase.
Daily detox
Users need to take a break from these platforms for at least an hour a day. According to the agency, this unplugged time is an excellent way to separate from social networks and reduce dependence on them.
Have a productive approach
On these platforms, it can be easy to get carried away with meaningless debates or get caught up in memes or humorous videos, but they can also be very useful platforms for getting informed and learning.
