Xiaomi has confirmed which smartphones will receive the update to MIUI 12.5 next. The update to MIUI 12.5 continues to spread across Xiaomi’s smartphone portfolio. After bringing the new version of its software to the Xiaomi Mi 11, the brand has made official the arrival of the update to a total of six new phones.
The good news has been shared by the company through its Weibo profile, where they have indicated the date of arrival of the update to these six devices, as well as the lucky models that, sooner rather than later, will be able to update to the latest version of MIUI.
List of Xiaomi phones that will receive MIUI 12.5 soon
The list in question is made up of a total of six devices, leaving aside the Mi 11, which began receiving the update a few weeks ago. The models in question are as follows:
- Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra
- Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro
- Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra
- Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro
- Xiaomi Mi 10
- Xiaomi Mi 9 SE
According to Xiaomi, the update should start to be available these days, starting with China. Later, it should reach models sold globally.
It is worth noting that, although the rollout of the update was scheduled for the next day April 30, the Chinese brand has been able to accelerate the development process and start the rollout ahead of time.
As for international models, the Mi 11, Mi 10T, Mi 10T Pro, Mi 10, and Mi 10 Pro are expected to be the first to update to MIUI 12.5. They will do so starting in May.
