Redmi is going to present in a few weeks its first gaming mobile, a phone of great power that will take care of the design and weight.
Although it is normal for the most intensive gamers to play video games on consoles or computers, in Asia the number of people who use mobiles for this purpose is enormous. That is why the mobile gaming market is growing so much.
Today Redmi, the Xiaomi group brand, has confirmed the launch of its first gaming mobile, a phone that will boast power but also a contained price.
The first Redmi gaming phone arrives in April
The head of the brand worldwide, Lu Weibing, has said that it will be this April when the company’s first gaming phone will be made official.
This phone will have the best hardware components, as expected in a phone of these features, plus a much tighter price than its rivals.
This will allow Redmi to enter a new business niche in which the price factor has not been placed as one of the priorities for any of the companies that currently have phones of this type.
It will also prioritize weight and thickness, two of the factors that historically most penalize this type of phone.
First agreements with games
Redmi’s collaboration with the developers of the popular game Call of Duty Mobile has also been confirmed. The phones of this brand, including the new model focused on the game, will be optimized to squeeze the most out of this title.
Some specs leaked
We do not know if the Redmi gaming mobile will be an already current model with a different design or will use some different hardware.
Rumors say it will have MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11, Samsung E4 AMOLED screen with 144Hz, side fingerprint sensor, MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor, 5000mAh battery, and 65W quick charging.
