Logitech introduces Logitech Rally Bar, Logitech Rally Bar Mini, and Logitech RoomMate video conferencing devices, designed for a new hybrid office environment.

Logitech today introduced its new offering of video conferencing systems for the corporate world, with a design that takes into consideration the new hybrid office environment derived from flexible and ubiquitous work.

The new Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, and RoomMate devices are part of the next generation of computer peripherals and solutions that work with today’s conferencing services such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

The new Logitech Rally Bar was designed for medium-sized spaces, while the Logitech Rally Bar Mini is ideal for small rooms. Both devices do not require external devices to operate, as they are autonomous thanks to an internal processor and memory.

For its part, the Logitech RoomMate, aimed at companies with large boardrooms, is a computer peripheral that allows customers to access videoconferencing services on Logitech conference cameras such as Rally Plus without the need for a PC or Mac.

Thanks to its agnostic design, users will have access to the most popular video conferencing platforms, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, natively on Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini or connect via USB to virtually any PC or Mac.

They can even access the BYOD (bring your device) feature, which allows you to plug in a laptop and launch the video service of your choice. Logitech’s new portfolio will also be compatible with other popular video conferencing services, such as GoToMeeting, Pexip, and RingCentral.

One of the most prominent features of the new Rally Bars is a second camera or viewfinder with artificial intelligence, which automatically frames the person speaking, even if they move within the room, thanks to RightSense technology with 5X optical zoom.

Also, RightLight technology allows the camera to adjust to ambient light, while the RightSound function ensures quality sound with noise and echo cancellation.

And in the health and safety section, this tool can count the number of people present in the room and send an alert when the maximum allowed capacity is exceeded.

The new portfolio for videoconferencing Logitech also includes an optional expansion microphone system, which can be installed on the table or the ceiling of the room.

Pricing and availability

Logitech Rally Bar is the first product of this new portfolio already available in North Americ. Rally Bar will also be compatible with Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android and Zoom Rooms, with Zoom available immediately. The suggested retail price of Rally Bar is $3,999.

Availability of Rally Bar Mini and Logitech RoomMate will follow immediately thereafter. Rally Bar Mini at $2,999 and Logitech RoomMate at $999.
