From a more than reliable source comes the report that an Apple TV with integrated HomePod and the ability to support FaceTime chats are in the works.
Since the launch of Apple TV Plus, the reality is that the guys from Cupertino would have focused on gadgets other than the TV box that has already at this point some years stagnant in its design and functions.
But there is good news very stimulating for enthusiasts to collect without further questioning the entire line of products developed by this company.
And it seems that inside the company they are working on a device that will combine the best of the latest gadgets created by Tim Cook and his friends.
An Apple TV that combines everything
For Bloomberg, Mark Gurman, who has a respectable history of leaks that end up being true, has just revealed that the company would be preparing a new Apple TV box.
What is striking about his report is that this model would also integrate a HomePod smart speaker and the ability to integrate with FaceTime.
The logic of this move, according to Gurman, would be to add everything in a single box/platform. So this Apple TV could run video games (apparently casual), launch entertainment apps, do the usual HomePod tasks such as playing music and even make video calls.
And the gadget would also integrate a webcam. So it would be a matter of finding a good place in our entertainment center to be equipped to the fullest.
Still in early stages of development
But don’t get too excited. Because this device would be only in its early stages of development. So it would take months, if not years, to see it in action.
The next Apple TV 6 box would then be relatively similar to what we had already seen in the previous model. Where it is possible to synchronize with the HomePod and any device on the platform.
