Chrome for Android will let you preview a page before opening the link. Two years ago we started to hear some rumors about this feature and now it is available for all users.
Through the latest browser update, Google Chrome has finally launched this feature for Android users, it allows you to see websites without having to open them in a new tab or window.
So, in order to review a page in Chrome, we just have to hold our finger on a link on any website and tap on “Preview page” in the pop-up menu.
This way, Chrome will automatically display a tab from the bottom of the mobile screen that we can show or hide by dragging up or down from its top edge. This tab displays the content of the web page we have decided to preview.
The page preview has arrived with Chrome 89 for Android. The app should update itself automatically but if you have doubts you can check updates from Google Play. This feature should be available for everyone in the upcoming days.
