Microsoft has released the Xbox Wireless Headset, which it officially says is a high-quality headset designed for a new generation of gaming consoles.

Microsoft says the new headset brings “best-in-class audio and chat performance” to the next generation of consoles and has been fine-tuned for gaming with spatial audio support. The headset supports low-latency, lossless audio chat with support for Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos, and DTS Headphone: X technology.
The Xbox wireless headset has an auto-mute feature that turns off the microphone when you’re not talking. There is also a manual mute button on the headset.
The headset is priced at $99.99 and is available for pre-order overseas today, starting March 16.
