Realme introduced V11, a cheap 5G smartphone with Dimensity 700 and a big battery. The MediaTek Dimensity 700 arrived in November as a processor for affordable 5G phones, and now we are beginning to see its fruits. With it comes the new Realme V11, a phone that is one step below the Realme V15 that was announced in January.
The Realme V11 is a 5G mobile without many pretensions, although without being as basic as what we would find in the entry range. It has a 5,000mAh battery with quick-charge, up to 6GB of RAM, and costs around $170.

A new cheap 5G smartphone
If 2020 was the year in which 5G reached the entire high-end and upper mid-range, 2021 aims to be the year in which it will reach all smartphones. The price range for this type of connectivity does not stop shrinking: The Realme V11 starts at $170 for the version with 4GB RAM.
It is, in essence, a simple and unpretentious 5G smartphone. Its screen is LCD, with 6.52-inches size and HD+ resolution. The 8MP front camera is placed inside a drop-shaped notch.
At the back, the Realme V11 includes a camera module with a fashionable design, although it looks a bit more than it is. It is indeed a dual camera, with a 13MP main sensor with f/2.2 aperture and an additional 2MP sensor.
As we mentioned before, the processing is handled by MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 (7nm, eight cores at up to 2.2GHz), accompanied by 4 or 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone incorporates the fingerprint reader on one of its sides.
One of the few points on which the Realme V11 can boast is its battery. It has a capacity of 5,000mAh and incorporates support for 18W fast charging, which is always a nice bonus.
Realme V11 release date and price
The Realme V11 has been announced in China as one of the most affordable 5G phones in the house. It is available in two variants and in two colors: Black and blue.
