LG 2018 OLED Smart TVs are now compatible with Apple AirPlay

If you own one of the 2018 OLED TVs of LG, you will be able to enjoy Apple AirPlay on these devices, because these TVs are now compatible with this popular feature. LG finally updates its 2018 OLED Smart TVs

In September, the company announced that the Apple TV application was available on their OLED Smart TV 2018 televisions, however, there was still a lack of compatibility with AirPlay 2 and HomeKit. The company promised to its clients that this would be achieved by the end of 2020.

From now on, users of LG 2018 OLED Smart TVs can now also enjoy AirPlay 2 and HomeKit technology. With AirPlay 2 users have the ability to transmit songs, videos to the television, from the iPhone, iPad, and Mac. This feature was only compatible with an Apple TV, but if you use one of those Smart TVs you’ll be able to enjoy this feature.

Airplay is now compatible with LG 2018 OLED Smart TVs
