NVIDIA says it will be “a few more months” before the GeForce RTX 30 reaches demand.
NVIDIA admits that we will have to wait several more months for GeForce RTX 30 stocks to reach demand. While this sounds great for AMD’s Big Navi, the reality is that all companies are in the same boat. So if you were hoping to buy one for Christmas, we wish you all the best of luck.
The sad but expected news came from NVIDIA CFO Colette Kress, who in a recent call for financial results said, “Given the capacity constraints across the industry and long lead times, it may take a few more months for product availability to catch up with demand.”
Only a few weeks ago we received news from an unofficial source suggesting that the GeForce RTX 30 would continue to be out of stock until March 2021, and it seems that she was not wrong.
