iPhones will no longer come with earbuds or chargers. Apple introduced the iPhone 12 (along with the iPhone 12 Mini and versions of iPhone 12 Pro). The company announced the measures will be taken to reduce the environmental impact of electronics. So the new iPhone phones will no longer come with earbuds or chargers.

Starting with this generation, Apple products will include only a USB-C to Lightning cable. The company points out that earbuds will also not be included for environmental reasons. iPhones will no longer come with earbuds or chargers, this way they will use less material per iPhone they manufacture.
Goodbye to the earbuds and chargers
Apple informed in its announcement that it will not include the accessories in its future products, since those who have had previous iPhone products already have them: there are around 700 million Lightning earbuds as well as two billion Apple power adapters in the world. Because of this, iPhones will no longer come with earbuds or chargers.
Smaller box
The iPhone’s box will be smaller. Apple aims to increase the number of products that can be shipped this way they will try to reduce carbon emissions. The reduced box size allows up to 70% more units to be shipped on a single charge.
The changes implemented by Apple, the company predicts, will achieve a 2 million metric ton reduction in carbon emissions annually. This is equivalent to 450,000 cars being taken off the road each year. And although the company declares it aa a great advance in environmental matters, this may also be related to a reduction in shipping costs for Apple, with an increase in profits for the company. So you learned that iPhones will no longer come with earbuds or chargers.
