Which games will be optimized for Xbox Series X and Series S? There is less than a month left for the release of the new Xbox Series X and Series S. Microsoft promised a lot of games available from day 1, partly because it is retro-compatible games, and partly because of a large list of optimized games.

This means not only you will have over 150 games ready to run on the Series X and Series S from November 10th, but there will also be a huge list of games that have already been optimized to show improvements of the console like 4K resolution, 60 or 120 fps gameplay and raytracing.

From the list, Microsoft does not detail what improvements each game includes, but for example, we know that DIRT 5 will be able to run at 120 fps on the Xbox Series X, or Gears 5 will be able to run at 4K HDR up to 10 fps on the X Series and 60 fps on the S Series, but this is because both development teams have already announced it a few weeks ago.

Although Destiny 2: Beyond Light is not listed, Bungie has mentioned that users with an Xbox Series X/S will receive an update next December 8th that will allow them to run the game at 4K at 60 fps and 1080p at 60 fps for the Series S.
