iPhone 12 comes with 5G connectivity, and this will be its striking feature. Of course, Pro and Pro Max models will be able to connect with 5G technology.

The screen sizes are 6.1 inches for the iPhone 12 Pro has a 6.1″ screen where Pro Max model will have a 6.7″ screen. These mobiles are larger compared to iPhone 11 Pro which has 5.8″ and iPhone 11 Pro Max which has 6.5″ screen. iPhone 12 Pro Max will be the largest iPhone ever made.
iPhone 12 Pro’s frame will be made from stainless steel whereas iPhone 12 uses aluminum in the frame. The new models will be available in four color options which are, stainless steel, gold and blue.
It uses the A14 Bionic processor like the rest of the series. The processor is introduced with the new iPad Air, and it is Apple’s most powerful processor ever it uses a 5 nm manufacturing architecture technology. Apple claims that this processor will provide up to %50 better performance.
The importance of the A14 for 5G was emphasized in the presentation, and it was stated that the device supports 4GB/s download and 200MB/s upload speeds. “Smart data mode” on iPhone 12 reduces the speed to LTE when 5G is not needed. Apple also announced that they tested 5G performance with 100 operators in 30 countries.
Pro models will offer triple camera configurations, there are 12MP wide-angle, telephoto, and ultra-wide-angle lenses.
iPhone 12 Pro Max offers a 65mm focal length on a 12MP telephoto lens. This means that it can achieve a 2.5x optimum zoom. The new wide-angle camera has a new optical image stabilization (OIS) system. The wide-angle sensor is 47% larger than the last model, this means a way better low-light performance.
Apple also introduced a new feature called Apple ProRAW at the presentation. The feature that we will see in the iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max models at the end of this year. It will offer the flexibility of the RAW file format by combining AI-supported camera features with Deep Fusion and Smart HDR.
iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max models will be able to record HDR videos supported by Dolby Vision HDR.
iPhone 12 Pro & Pro Max price and release date
The iPhone 12 Pro will have $999 price tag, while the iPhone 12 Pro Max will be available for $1099. iPhone 12 Pro will be available for pre-order on October 16 and it will come out on market on October 23. iPhone 12 Pro Max will be available for pre-order on November 6 and it will go on sale on November 13.
