It seems that Horizon: Zero Dawn will have a PC version, and the release date will be in 2020. The PlayStation 4 exclusive developed by Guerrilla Games and launched for the Sony platform in 2017, could land this year for PCs.
This was stated on Twitter by Jason Shreier from Kotaku in the following tweet: “OK, time for good news: Horizon, Zero Dawn is coming to PC this year, sources tell Kotaku. It’s an unprecedented move that may help usher in a platform-agnostic future.”

Guerilla Games is owned by Sony and three years later its original launch on PS4 as an exclusive, Horizon: Zero Dawn is getting a release date for PC. This is something really interesting, because Sony might do this for other exclusive games that they produced as well.
According to the portal, this news comes from people familiar with Sony, all have spoken anonymously because they were not authorized to speak with the press. There is no information whether the game will be on Steam or Epic Games Store.
If you are a fan of Horizon: Zero Dawn, do not forget that a few weeks ago it was announced that a comic sequel will be launched in 2020. In the comics version Talanah, the leader of the Hunters Lodge, will have to face a new threat.
