Lenovo will introduce new laptops from the Creator series at the CES (Consumer Electronics Show). The company will roll out Yoga Creator 7, IdeaPad Creator 5 and a desktop, IdeaCentre Creator 5 in Las Vegas.
Two new laptops
Both laptops are equipped with 15.6-inch Full HD displays. The Yoga has a narrow metal housing and will offer up to 13 hours of battery life. The IdeaPad is a bit heavier (4.8 pounds vs 4.2 pounds) and offers up to 8 hours of battery life, also covers the entire Adobe RGB color space compared to Yoga that supports 100% of sRGB color space.
The new Lenovo Creator series laptops will be equipped with 10th gen Intel Core i7 processors and NVIDIA GPUs. More specs are not yet known. The Yoga Creator 7 is expected to be launched in the second quarter from $1,100, and the IdeaPad Creator 5 is to follow Yoga in the third quarter with a price tag of $1,000. These two models will not be sold in America though.
Creator Desktop
It will be optional to have Intel’s Core i9 processors and Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 2060 graphics cards in the IdeaCentre Creator 5. The desktop up will come with up to 32GB of RAM, 2 terabytes of HDD and a terabyte of SSD. Its price will start from $1,099 and it is expected to be sold in October, including North America.
