In last year’s MWC, LG introduced the flagship G8 ThinQ and its improved version, LG G8s thinQ . Now it’s time for G9 for LG. OnLeaks got the renderings of LG G9 and CashKaro published the CAD renders and a video for LG’s 2020 flagship.
LG G9 renderings show that the smartphone’s display is somehow flat, and the size is something between 6.7 and 6.9 inches. The display has almost no bezel and a teardrop notch camera at the front.
On the rear panel you can see the main camera with four lenses and a double flash in a horizontal unit. Also the fingerprint reader is no longer at the back side, near the camera like the last year’s flagship G8X, it is placed under the screen now.
You can also see the power and volume buttons on the side, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port. The SIM card slot is placed on the top and on the right there is also a button that seems like it will be used to run Android Assitant.
The dimensions are 169.4×77.6×8.8mm (9.4mm with camera hump).
