The glasses will come in two models, the PC edition and the industrial edition; the first one will be able to connect to a PC and the second one will enable mobile AR solutions for remote assistance, training, 3D visualization, & more. Both allow users to wear prescription glasses while using ThinkReality A3.
Lenovo ThinkReality A3 also has an 8MP camera
In announcing the product, Lenovo said it focused on flexibility in developing the glasses so they could be “immersive but not isolating.” According to Lenovo, the industrial edition of the glasses allows use in scenarios from factory floors and laboratories to busy retail and hospitality spaces.
The aim is to make life easier for workers. Lenovo ThinkReality A3 will have stereoscopic 1080p panels to show up to five virtual screens, so we can present content to anyone remotely. The device is also compatible with Windows applications, thus becoming virtual monitors to develop tasks related to finance, architecture, engineering, and much more.
