Porsche Taycan: Big surcharge for the station wagon
As reported, Porsche is providing the Taycan electric sedan with a station wagon version. The Taycan Cross Turismo will be available at dealerships this summer, and details and prices have now been published.
In addition to an extended roof, a steep tailgate, more headroom for those sitting in the back (plus 47 millimeters) for the passengers in the rear and a larger trunk (up to 1200 liters), this variant of the Zuffenhausen rapids with striking plastic planks on the sheet metal also offers a little SUV flair. The prices start at 96,990 euros and thus around 10,000 euros above the coupé counterpart.
At the start there are four drive variants, all with electric all-wheel drive and the 93.4 kWh battery. The basic model is the Taycan 4 Cross Turismo with 280 kW / 380 PS continuous output and a range of up to 456 kilometers. Above that are the 360 kW / 490 PS Taycan 4S and the 460 kW / 625 PS Taycan Turbo, each with a range of up to 452 kilometers. The top model is the Taycan Turbo S with 460 kW / 625 PS (560 kW / 761 PS in overboost) and a range of 419 kilometers.
Adaptive air suspension is standard in each case, and those who often travel on bad roads should choose the off-road package with a height of three centimeters. The list of accessories also includes a specially developed rear bike rack for up to three bikes and two matching e-bike models.
