If you want to have a small taste, you can register for the beta here. In a nutshell, it’s like tower defense with a twist; they’re calling it tower offense. You’re not aiming to defend your base against incoming attacks; instead, you’re attempting to outnumber and overwhelm your opponent’s before they can do the same to you.
The game has five families. The Alliance focuses on defending units and abilities, the Horde emphasizes on overpowering their foes, the Blackrock with fire-based capabilities, the Undead that may summon additional minions to the field, and Beasts who will cause a stampede during battle. The goal of the game is to create and develop your own family tree, which you’ll use to defeat your opponent.
