What is the Lost Ark Rapport system?

The Lost Ark Rapport system is a reputation system meant to win the favor of specific NPCs in the game. At each Rapport Level, players are rewarded for making contact with NPCs. The primary motivation to improve your Rapport with an NPC is in order to receive Gold and Skill Point Potions. On a server, the rapport experience earned and things done by all characters are shared. Completing repeatable daily duties for a Rapport NPC increases their relationship with the character. There are five methods to raise a characters rapport level:

  • Completing Rapport Quests
  • Conversing in Dialogue
  • Showing an Emotion
  • Playing a Song on your Instrument
  • Giving them Gifts

There are certain requirements to gain Lost Ark Rapport with an NPC. Some characters also need a specific number of a particular Virtue Stat in order to be interacted with. Many Rapport Levels require a Virtue Stat as well. Many of the Rapport Rewards are actually Virtue Stat Potions, so if you don’t have enough of one stat, search for an NPC that gives the one you’re searching for.

How to increase Lost Ark Rapport?

The following are the three Daily Rapport Tasks:

  • Give Gift (Limit of 99 Rapport Gifts to given daily)
  • Play Instrument (Limit of 5 Rapport Song Actions daily [+1 with Crystalline Aura])
  • Show Emotes (Limit of 5 Rapport Emote Actions daily [+1 with Crystalline Aura])

Lost Ark Rapport Gifts

Do not give Lost Ark Rapport Presents on a whim. The most essential thing to consider about Rapport Gifts is their frequency. Completing Rapport Levels takes time and resources. It’s one of, if not the most challenging task. Save all of your Rapport Gifts until you’ve decided which characters you want to focus on. To finish the Adventure Tome in a region, you’ll need to achieve 100% rapport with every character in that area.

The best approach to increase an NPC’s Rapport is by giving them a Gift. You may improve any character’s Rapport level by giving them a present. Each NPC has its own list of favorite presents, which gives more rapport per gift given. Preferred presents are revealed in the tooltip of each Lost Ark Rapport Item.

The gifts may provide a range of Rapport from 324 to 450. There is a list in the Details area of the Rapport Menu when you’re giving them gifts, and it includes each item’s score.

Where to get Rapport Gifts?

Rapport Gifts can be found in many different locations throughout the game. They may be found as part of Rapport Chests, gained through quests, or acquired for Providence Stones.

Lost Ark Rapport Chests

Lost Ark Rapport Chests come in a variety of shapes and sizes. They are given as rewards for completing several activities, including side Quests, Special Events, the Tower Event, Daily Login Rewards, Roster Level Rewards, and purchased with Pirate Coins.

You may also exchange Providence Stones for Lost Ark Rapport Chests. These chests contain a restricted range of Gifts, but those gifts might be targeted toward a non-region-specific NPC. The chest’s name indicates which region it was acquired from.

Providence Stones

Providence Stones are gained by completing Una Tasks, Stronghold Assignments, Procyons Eye Events, certain quests, and killing particular rare monsters. Providence stones may also be traded for Chests that include Lost Ark Rapport Gifts.

The chests from Rapport Vendors are unique to each region. Each of these distinct Chests contains different gifts.

Lost Ark Rapport Songs

Performing an instrument is a way to boost the Lost Ark Rapport Level with an NPC. You must engage with and select from a list of music to play for them that they would enjoy hearing. These are the same songs available in the Sheet Music Menu. The amount of Rapport gained per song varies based on the character it is played for. Each day, five Songs may be completed on a single Roster. The daily Song reset is at 5 am Server Time.

Lost Ark Rapport Dialogue

When you are eventually able to communicate with an NPC that you can earn rapport with, the first thing that is unlocked is Rapport Dialogue. This is a quick text conversation that doesn’t take long to finish, although it does go past the first level of rapport.

Lost Ark Rapport Quests

Lost Ark Rapport Quests are generally straightforward activities that produce a lot of rapport. When dealing with an NPC, search for the pink exclamation mark on your map and in the Dialogue window.
