Samsung announced new foldable phones, smartwatches and wireless headphones in yesterday’s Unpacked event.

This was the first Unpacked without Galaxy Note, without one of the most important phones not only in the history of Samsung but also in the history of the Android operating system.

Samsung has shown us its two new foldable devices, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 3. And no, you haven’t missed the second edition of the Z Flip, the latter skips a generation to pair up with its sibling.

The Korean firm also unveiled its new smartwatch and the second generation of its wireless headphones.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3

The original foldable of the company reaches its third generation and continues to polish its features. We are facing a new concept and a much more mature phone. Its body is protected with Gorilla Glass Victus and promises to be 80% more resistant than its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2. It is also thinner and lighter.

Its outer screen has grown, and not just in size. It now joins the interior with a 120Hz refresh rate that brings fluidity. Yes, the Note is dead, but not the S Pen. Samsung’s stylus will arrive in a specific version for Z Fold 3, something that makes a lot of sense given its large inner screen.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3

Samsung’s other foldable makes a significant leap over its predecessor, including some of the changes that users had asked for. Its design also comes with changes, different colors, and an outer screen that grows noticeably.

Unfolded, an AMOLED panel of 120Hz and 6.7 inches, folded, a screen that multiplies by 4 times its surface compared to the previous generation.

The new Z Flip 3 also incorporates Qualcomm’s most powerful processor, the Snapdragon 888. In addition, it comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. On the back of the Z Flip 3, a dual camera resides.

The fourth edition of Samsung’s smartwatch comes with two different models, the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, but they have almost everything in common. The Galaxy Watch 4 has a somewhat sportier design, but both share features.

They arrive together with One UI Watch, the system that Samsung have created in collaboration with Google, and the first 5-nanometer processor they have introduced in a smartwatch.

Samsung renews its small wireless headphones with these Galaxy Buds 2, which come with 3 levels of active noise cancellation. It also incorporates a system that will filter your voice during calls, isolating it from any outside sound that may be a problem.

They promise about 5 hours of continuous playback with noise cancellation, a time that you can extend up to 20 hours with the help of its case.
