If you don’t know how to combine videos on Mac, we are going to help you out in this guide. While many of us rely on applications like iMovie or Final Cut to edit our videos, most are unaware that QuickTime (yes, the same one you use to play videos) can also combine multiple videos into a single movie. Open your Mac and keep reading.

The process is really simple, I’m sure you will have no problems completing the task.

Follow these steps:

  • Open any video in QuickTime as you normally do.
  • From the Finder, select and drag the videos to the movie window you opened. You can also trim the imported files for editing better.

  • Then, just drag them on the timeline. The new clips will be highlighted in yellow.
  • To create your new movie go to “File” in the start menu and choose “Save” or “Export”.
