As expected, the OPPO A94 is official without presentation or fanfare and here are its specs, price and release date. This OPPO A94 arrives predictably as a new mid-range in the form of a renewal of the OPPO A93 “a dry”, as there is also an OPPO A93 5G with superior features in some aspects.
At the moment, we know the OPPO A94 4G, waiting to know if we will also have a hypothetical OPPO A94 5G. It is a phone with Helio P95, a 6.43-inch AMOLED screen, and the now-classic 48MP quad-camera.

Touch response rate is improved
If we review point by point all the specifications of the OPPO A94, we find that there are not too many changes compared to the OPPO A93. On paper, some sections are better, while some could be considered worse.
On the screen, we have the same 6.43-inch AMOLED and Full HD+ panel, albeit with two differences. The refresh rate is still 60Hz, but the touch response speed is increased, available in two speeds: 135Hz in normal mode and 180Hz in gaming mode.
The display still incorporates the fingerprint reader under its surface and the perforated front camera, although it is this time a single-lens front camera, so the perforation is smaller, in the upper left corner.
48 MP camera and 30W quick charging
On the photography front, the OPPO A94 features a 32MP front camera and a quad combo on the back. It’s the same combo OPPO has been using for a few years now, with a 48MP main sensor, 8MP wide-angle, 2MP macro, and 2MP monochrome sensor.
The best ones come more from the software side, with some effects available such as monochrome videos where only the protagonist is in color, video recording using both cameras of the phone at the same time, or blurring the background with different effects.
Power is again provided by the MediaTek Helio P95, accompanied by 8GB RAM and 128GB non-expandable storage. The battery grows slightly in capacity, reaching 4,300mAh. It also supports quick charging, which is now 30W.
OPPO A94 price and release date
The OPPO A94 is currently listed on OPPO’s UAE page, though with no pricing information. A few days ago, Evan Blass claimed that the OPPO A94 is the same as the OPPO Reno 5 F and OPPO F19, although this remains to be seen. What we do know is that it is available in a single version and two colors: Purple and black.
