Google added a new feature to its search service that allows the users to save movies and TV shows so that they can watch later. The new feature has been added for mobile devices on the results page.

There are two new buttons you can use. The first one, “Watchlist” is designed to store movies and TV shows for watching later and the second one, “Watched Collections” allows marking already watched content.

And if the search results correspond with a relevant material from YouTube or Google Play Movies, the card will also contain Watch Now button showing the price and a link directly to the desired page on the platform. If the movie is on cinemas, instead of the Watch Now button, you can see the “Get Tickets” button which leads to a tab with show times.

Watchlist feature saves the movies and TV shows with the covers of the content and whenever you want to watch the movie, you can click Watch Now from Watchlist screen.

This function was launched in the past few days, but it is not available to all users currently. Apparently, it works in the Google app on Android and iOS platforms, as well as mobile web searches.
