Leaked images suggest DJI is developing a successor to its Action 2 camera, released in 2021. The new model, reportedly named DJI Osmo Nano, maintains a modular design with magnet-attached accessories, similar to its predecessor. However, the Osmo Nano appears smaller, pill-shaped, and comparable in size to the Insta360 Go Ultra.
According to a video clip of the packaging initially shared by YouTuber The Product Village, the Osmo Nano will feature 128GB of built-in storage. The packaging also suggests that DJI may offer the camera in different bundles with various accessories.
Further leaks from Roland Quandt revealed official product shots of the Osmo Nano. These images show that the camera module itself lacks an integrated screen. Instead, users will need to rely on a separate, external module for live previews and reviewing recorded footage.
While DJI has yet to make an official announcement, the leaked images and details suggest a compact and modular action camera focusing on portability and ease of use.
