Lenovo unveiled a range of new Yoga and IdeaPad devices at CES 2025, aimed at enhancing creative and productivity tasks through advanced technology and AI features. The lineup includes laptops, tablets, and desktops, showcasing innovative designs and capabilities.
New Yoga laptops and tablets
The Lenovo Yoga Slim 9i (14”, 10) features a 98% screen-to-body ratio PureSight Pro OLED display, utilizing the world’s first camera-under-display technology in a laptop. Its 14″ 4K 120Hz display is enhanced with Visionary.ai image processing, promoting superior color accuracy and visual experience. The laptop is powered by the Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and equipped with a 75WHr battery, weighing 2.62lbs (1.19kg) and providing up to 17 hours of battery life.
The Lenovo Yoga Book 9i (14”, 10) is a dual-screen convertible laptop that integrates two 14” OLED PureSight touch displays, supporting 100% DCI-P3 color. It offers features such as Smart Note and Smart Reader for enhancing productivity and supports Air Gestures for intuitive control. The device has an 88WHr battery and weighs 2.69lbs (1.22kg).
The Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition (14”, 10), imagined with Intel, boasts a 2.8K PureSight 16:10 WQHD+ OLED display with 1100nits peak brightness. It includes features specifically for the Aura Edition, such as Smart Modes for customizable settings and collaboration tools tailored for video calls. The device weighs 2.91lbs (1.32kg) and has a 75WHr battery.
The Lenovo Yoga Tab Plus represents Lenovo’s first on-device AI tablet, designed for productivity with personalized AI experiences. It features a 12.7” 3K display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform, and a 10,200mAh battery, aiming to enhance both productivity and entertainment experiences.

Updates to IdeaPad and desktop offerings
Lenovo also introduced the Yoga 7i 2-in-1 models in 14” and 16” sizes, both featuring a 2.8K OLED display with 100% DCI-P3 support, a 70WHr battery, and weights starting at 3.20lb (1.45kg) for improved portability.
The IdeaPad Pro 5i (16”, 10) is designed for productivity with up to Intel Core Ultra 9 processors and a 2.8K OLED display. It includes an 84WHr battery and multiple port options for extensive connectivity. The laptop starts at 4.39lbs (1.99kg).
Lenovo’s IdeaCentre Mini x (1L, 10) desktop PC, powered by the Snapdragon X Plus 8-core processor, offers compact computing for creative tasks. It includes features such as ultra-fast Wi-Fi 7 and USB 4.0 ports for multitasking.
The IdeaCentre Tower (17L, 10) features customizable performance with up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 graphics and extensive connectivity options, catering to demanding users.
Innovative concepts revealed
Lenovo showcased the AI Display proof of concept that automatically adjusts based on users’ movements to optimize the user experience. It includes posture alerts and security features like screen blurring when the user steps away.
The Lenovo AI Travel Set includes AI-enabled wearables that connect with an AI storage device, tracking daily activities and generating reports. This concept also supports language translation functions.
Lenovo will offer select Yoga laptops with a complimentary two-month Adobe Creative Cloud membership for new users, giving access to over 20 applications.
Availability and pricing
The Lenovo Yoga Slim 9i will be available in February 2025, starting at $1,849. The Yoga Book 9i launches in May 2025 at $1,999. The Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition will be available in January 2025 for $1,099, while the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition will be released in February 2025 starting at $1,599. The Yoga 7i 2-in-1 models will be available in February 2025 at $899 and $949 for the 14” and 16” variants, respectively.
The IdeaPad Pro 5i will launch July 2025 at $1,499. The Yoga Tab Plus is set to be available in January 2025 for $699.99, followed by the Idea Tab Pro in April 2025 for $349.99, and the Lenovo Tab in June 2025 for $159. The IdeaCentre Mini x is anticipated in April 2025 starting at $659.99, and the IdeaCentre Tower will be available in June 2025 for $699.99.
