Whispers of Apple’s ambitious plans have sent shockwaves through the tech community.

A leaked roadmap, allegedly originating from Samsung Securities, unveils a thrilling lineup of potential Apple products stretching to 2027.

While it’s essential to remember that leaks aren’t always a guarantee, this roadmap offers captivating insights into the potential direction of the Cupertino giant.

Foldables enter the fray

The most attention-grabbing aspect of the leak is the prospect of foldable devices.

Rumors of a foldable iPhone have swirled for years, and the roadmap suggests that the wait might finally be over. A foldable iPhone could make a grand appearance in 2025, followed by an even more ambitious 20-inch foldable iPad potentially arriving in 2027.

If these predictions come true, Apple would be joining other major players who have already launched foldable smartphones.

The AR glasses vision

Perhaps the most groundbreaking product on the roadmap is the Apple AR Glasses, allegedly slated for a 2027 release.

Augmented reality (AR) has tremendous potential. Just like the tech giant showcased with Vision Pro, seamlessly blending digital elements into the real world sound and looks fantastic.

Apple’s AR glasses could be a major leap for consumer AR technology, potentially offering navigation, gaming, and communication experiences unlike anything we have today.

Brighter, more efficient displays with OLED

The leaks also point to substantial display advancements across Apple’s product lines. OLED technology, known for its vibrant colors and deep blacks, is expected to make its way into iPads and MacBooks.

An OLED iPad could arrive as early as 2024, bringing a visual upgrade to Apple’s tablets.

Interestingly, it seems an OLED MacBook might be further down the line, with 2026 cited as a possible release window.

The long-awaited Apple iPhone SE 4

Fans of Apple’s more affordable iPhone SE series might be in luck too. The roadmap hints at a 2025 launch for the next-generation iPhone SE 4, potentially bringing modern design elements and an OLED display to the budget-focused device.

Before getting too swept up in the excitement, it’s crucial to approach this leak with a healthy dose of skepticism.

Product roadmaps can shift, and technologies might not mature as quickly as anticipated. Even if the roadmap proves partially accurate, these devices will likely undergo refinements and changes before their official release.

Either way, see Revengus‘ post on X about the full Apple product roadmap below.

Regardless of the leak’s complete accuracy, it paints a picture of a company relentlessly pushing technological limits. The tech giant has a track record of innovation and carefully calculated product releases.

Foldable devices, widespread OLED adoption, and the landmark debut of AR glasses could usher in a new wave of exciting Apple products.

If this leak holds any truth, the next few years promise to be incredibly eventful for Apple fans and the tech industry as a whole.
