The integration of Google Assistant is complete: we will be able to control the television, the reproduction, and the contents through the Google Assistant

This integration means that now we can access content by voice, get real-time responses on the screen, as well as we will be able to control smart home devices that are linked to our smart TV (like speakers and others) in a more simple way. We will also be able to adjust the volume, control the reproduction, open applications and much more.

New Samsung TVs are compatible with Google Assistant now. The company emphasizes that nothing will have to be downloaded or updated, so we understand that the integration of Google Assistant comes via the server and will gradually reach all-new Samsung televisions.
