The base Xiaomi 17 model will feature a 6.3-inch flat OLED display with a 19.6:9 aspect ratio and 1.18mm bezels. The Xiaomi 17 Pro is set to have the same screen specifications. All three devices will utilize M10 screen luminescence technology, which Xiaomi claims offers a luminous efficiency of 82.1 cd/A. The 17 Pro Max will debut a new independently arranged RGB pixel stack, which is designed to eliminate “pixel pooling” and consumes 26% less power than conventional 2K displays.
Xiaomi also revealed that the 17 Pro and Pro Max models will be equipped with its new Jinshajiang battery. This battery uses L-shaped packaging stacked technology, features 16% high-silicon content, and supports 100W wired charging. All three phones in the series are expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and will ship with Xiaomi Hyper OS 3.
