Leaked details of the upcoming Realme 15x smartphone have surfaced online, revealing key specifications and features ahead of its anticipated launch. Teaser videos shared on platforms like Instagram and YouTube, along with hands-on footage from review units and store displays, provide a comprehensive preview of the device.

The Realme 15x is expected to feature a substantial 7,000mAh battery, comparable to that in the Realme 15T, supported by 60W fast charging for efficient power replenishment. Durability appears to be a highlight, with the phone boasting an “IP69 Pro” rating—a proprietary marketing term rather than a standardized certification—suggesting robust resistance to water and dust.

Imaging capabilities include dual 50MP cameras: one positioned on the front for selfies and video calls, and another on the rear. The rear camera setup is shown with three modules, though it’s unclear if this indicates three distinct lenses or a different configuration. These leaks emphasize Realme’s focus on high-resolution photography in a budget-friendly package.

Under the hood, the device is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300 chipset, offering solid mid-range performance. The unit spotted in leaks comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, providing ample multitasking and storage for everyday use. The display measures 6.81 inches, likely delivering an immersive viewing experience suitable for media consumption and gaming.

Software-wise, the Realme 15x is set to introduce a refreshed Realme UI, inspired by Apple’s design aesthetics with a distinctive “liquid glass” look. The exact version remains ambiguous—possibly v6.0 based on Android 15 or v8.0—hinting at enhanced customization and fluidity in the user interface.

Additional insights include the model’s identifier, RMX5250, and a playful durability test video using what the creator calls the “world’s weakest drill,” which withstood the challenge unscathed. While no official launch date has been confirmed, the widespread availability of units in stores and among reviewers points to an imminent release, building excitement for this entry in Realme’s lineup.

These leaks, tipped off by sources close to the matter, position the Realme 15x as a compelling option in the competitive mid-range smartphone market, blending endurance, performance, and modern design elements.
