The eufyCam S4 introduces a new approach to home security, combining a fixed 4K bullet lens with a 2K dual-lens PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) system for comprehensive surveillance.

The fixed bullet lens provides a constant, wide-angle view of critical areas like driveways and front doors, offering clear imagery up to 29 feet. Simultaneously, the PTZ camera uses AI-powered tracking, tilting, and zooming to monitor larger areas and focus on specific points of interest.

Power reliability is addressed with a detachable solar panel, capable of fully charging the camera with just one hour of direct sunlight. The camera is designed for durability, featuring edge-sealed construction and ETFE film for weather resistance.

To minimize false alarms, the eufyCam S4 incorporates dual motion detection (radar + PIR), which filters out non-threatening movements and focuses on genuine security risks. Upon detecting a threat, the camera activates red and blue warning lights and a 105 dB siren as an immediate deterrent.

The system is powered by eufy’s Local AI Agent, which is built on a Qualcomm 4nm AI chip. This AI Agent can detect, analyze, and respond to over 100 potential risks, including loitering, package theft, fire hazards, and the presence of wild animals.

When the bullet camera identifies an unusual event, the PTZ unit uses AI Tracking 2.0 to lock onto and track the target. The camera intelligently auto-frames and adjusts the view, zooming in up to 50 meters or pulling back to capture the entire scene as needed.

The AI Core enables large-model processing directly on the device, featuring a Fast Path for immediate responses and a Deep Path for complex reasoning. All data is stored locally, ensuring user privacy and data security.
