A Reddit user has reportedly benchmarked the unreleased Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, revealing significant performance improvements over the Pixel 9 Pro XL. The user posted Geekbench 6 scores showing the Pixel 10 Pro XL achieving 2,296 in single-core and 6,203 in multi-core tests, compared to the Pixel 9 Pro XL’s 1,889 and 4,247, respectively.
These results indicate a 46% increase in multi-core performance and a 21% increase in single-core performance for the newer device. The Geekbench run also unveiled the configuration of the Tensor G5 CPU, featuring one core at 3.78 GHz, five cores at 3.05 GHz, and two cores at 2.25 GHz. The tested Pixel 10 Pro XL included 16GB of RAM and was running Android 16.
Previously, the same user shared an AnTuTu score comparison, noting that while the Pixel 10 Pro XL achieved a better overall score, its GPU performance lagged behind the Pixel 9 Pro XL. The official announcement of the Pixel 10 family is expected tomorrow, August 20, at 10 AM local time in California.
