Redmi General Manager Wang Teng Thomas has confirmed the Redmi Note 15 Pro series will launch in China this month. While an exact date remains unannounced, Thomas stated the series, expected to include the Note 15 Pro and Note 15 Pro+, will deliver “high-end quality.”
The Redmi Note lineup has achieved global reach, shipping to over 100 countries. Domestically, it was China’s best-selling smartphone in the $175-$499 price bracket during the first half of 2025.
Leaks offer insights into the upcoming models. The Note 15 Pro is rumored to feature enhanced drop resistance and waterproofing, surpassing the Honor X70. The Note 15 Pro+ is anticipated to receive upgrades to its screen and cameras, alongside improved durability. Notably, the Pro+ variant is also expected to be the first Redmi phone in China to offer satellite connectivity.
