Infinix is reportedly expanding its tablet portfolio with the upcoming Xpad 20 Pro, which has received certifications from multiple regulatory bodies, signaling an imminent global launch. This new tablet follows the launch of the Xpad GT and Xpad 20 in May, and Infinix’s entry into the tablet market approximately one year ago.

The Infinix Xpad 20 Pro, identified by model number X1201, has been certified by Thailand’s NBTC and the US FCC. Prior to these, it also secured regulatory approvals in Indonesia, Malaysia, and the UAE. Key specifications revealed through these certifications include 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Connectivity options will encompass 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.

In terms of physical dimensions, the Xpad 20 Pro measures 279 x 174 x 7 mm. Its battery capacity is listed as either 7,000 mAh or 8,000 mAh (rated), with a higher typical capacity expected. The tablet’s design features a squarish camera island located on the top left of its back, housing two sensors. Performance is anticipated to be driven by a MediaTek Helio G100 or the newer G200 processor, based on previous benchmark results. The Xpad 20 Pro is also expected to launch running Android 15.
