Eufy, a division of Anker Innovations, is entering the outdoor gardening market with its new Robot Lawn Mower E15 and E18 models, available for purchase on eufy.com and Amazon starting today.

The E15 and E18 models differ from many robotic lawn mowers on the market as they do not require buried boundary wires. Setup is straightforward, involving the installation of the base unit, connection to Wi-Fi, and allowing the mower to map the yard using Eufy’s Vision-FSD technology. Eufy’s V-FSD 1.0 Technology enables hands-free auto mapping for navigation, similar to how robot vacuum cleaners operate.

The Eufy app provides comprehensive smart controls for the mower, including edge trimming through its Ride On Edge technology and parallel cutting for perfectly mowed grass lines. The mowers are designed to be quiet, efficient, and secure, with anti-theft features that include location monitoring and audible alarms should the mower leave its designated mowing area.

The E15 model is priced at $1,600 and can cover an area of 800 square meters (0.2 acre), while the E18 model retails for $1,999 and can handle 1,200 square meters (0.3 acre) of lawn space. Both models have the same physical dimensions but differ in their coverage capacity.

Eufy’s navigation system is powered by an AI-powered semantic camera and a stereo 3D camera, which provide precise positioning and distance estimation. This enables accurate identification of paths and lawn edges. The camera system is complemented by an LED light and an automatic defogger, ensuring visibility in various conditions. Users can control the mowing path via the app and edit the map with a minimum distance of 0.2 meters, and the connection path can span up to 60 meters.

The mowers can navigate around obstacles such as pets, humans, fences, pools, and light installations using intelligent object recognition. They offer high-density parallel cutting and an adjustable cutting height between 25 and 75 millimeters. The Eufy Robot Lawn Mower E Series can handle inclined surfaces up to 40% (18 degrees) and will automatically fix missed patches with a turnaround route. The noise level during operation is about 56db.

Additional features include a rainfall detection system that automatically returns the mower to the charging station in bad weather. The anti-theft system sends alerts and GPS coordinates via the 4G cellular network if the mower leaves its designated area. For a limited time, a promotional code “eufyRLE15” offers $300 off the E15 model on Amazon if purchased before April 30.
