MUTE Protocol 2024 brings back arms race
The MUTE Protocol 2024 event in R6 is a nostalgic return to a favorite among the Siege community. The Arms Race game mode is central to this event, offering a dynamic gameplay experience. All players start with the same weapon, and each elimination grants them a new weapon, escalating through tiers until they reach the golden hammer. The ultimate goal is to use this hammer to smash the brain case and secure victory for their team. This mode’s fast pace, enabled by respawning and power-ups, ensures that the intensity never drops.
The action takes place on the MUTE Comm Tower version of the Tower map, with each round moving to a higher floor. The updated map, combined with the escalating weapon tiers, keeps players on their toes, making each match unpredictable and thrilling. This return to Arms Race is a nod to the past, allowing players to experience the adrenaline rush that made it a hit previously.
R6 new event launches updated bundles
The MUTE Protocol 2024 event doesn’t just revive an exciting game mode; it also brings a fresh look to the operators with the updated MUTE Protocol Collection. This collection now includes three new cosmetic bundles for operators Glaz, Alibi, and Brava. Additionally, four previously available bundles for Oryx, Lion, Vigil, and Ying have been updated for the event. The collection is divided between Organics and Robotics, with Glaz and Brava representing the Organics and Alibi joining the Robotics.
