The San Diego Comic-Con 2023 (SDCC 2023), has returned, and along with it came a significant amount of news from the entertainment industry.

SDCC 2023: The Walking Dead
The developer Skybound Games also announced that it is developing a new multiplayer social deception survival game set in the world of The Walking Dead a day before SDCC 2023. Players in The Walking Dead: Betrayl will be attempting to survive the emergence of the undead while they craft, cook, survive, and interact with other party members. They may also engage in some light deception along the way.
Later this year, The Walking Dead: Betrayal will be released exclusively on PC on Steam. On August 10, a closed beta test will take place.
SDCC 2023: The Boys Spinoff Gen V
Amazon Studios hinted at a September premiere date for their college-themed TV series prior to San Diego Comic-Con 2023. However, the studio announced on the first day of the convention that GenV will air on September 29 with three episodes, with the first season finale set for November 3.
SDCC 2023: Diablo 4
Hardcore players who have been playing Diablo IV have been reporting disconnect deaths, which associate game designer Joe Piepiora addressed. Piepiora proposed using the Scroll of Escape to get around the problem. However, Piepiora also mentioned that Blizzard is improving the connectivity in Diablo IV’s first season by implementing a lot of performance changes.
Piepiora went into greater detail about Blizzard’s reasoning behind the contentious drop rate for the highly sought-after Uber Unique items in Diablo 4.
SDCC 2023: The Borderlands
Borderlands: The Live-Action Movie, produced by Lionsgate Films, will debut on August 9, 2024. Eli Roth is directing and writing the movie, which was first announced in 2015.
SDCC 2023: Pokemon
With Pokemon Ultimate Journeys, Ash Ketchum and his companion Pikachu will say goodbye to the audience after 25 years as the star of the Pokemon anime. Although the series premiered in Japan, American viewers will be able to witness Ash’s last arc when it debuts on Netflix on September 8.
SDCC 2023: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
For their next animated movie based on the TMNT franchise, Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies chose to premiere more than 20 minutes of brand-new material. While we have a piece that delves deeper into what was displayed during the panel, be aware that it contains substantial plot spoilers before the film opens in theaters on August 2.

SDCC 2023: Harley Quinn
Less than a week from now, the fourth season of Harley Quinn will debut, and Warner Bros. Discovery has released a new trailer. In the brand-new, two-minute trailer that debuted at SDCC, Harley Quinn appeared. The overseeing producers of the program also provided some fresh information regarding the future season, including the necessity of adding “some plump” to Nightwing’s butt.

SDCC 2023: Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
A new Spider-Man 2 teaser was unveiled by Insomniac Games and PlayStation at SDCC. It provides us with an in-depth look at Venom and expands on the plot of the upcoming game. In addition to giving us a better look at Venom, the teaser also introduces us to Kraven the Hunter, Harry Osborn, and Mister Negative.
New information regarding the game was also disclosed during the Spider-Man 2 panel at SDCC. This contains the affirmation that Spider-Man 2 takes place about nine to ten months after Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
