The aim is 78. If you want to reach the NYT Digits game answers, you should follow these steps:

  • 25 – 5 = 20
  • 20 × 4 = 80
  • 80 – 2 = 78

How do you play the NYT Digits game?

This job might seem hard because the NYT Digits game has a lot of tabs and is hard to understand. But once you know how to play, it’s easy as pie. Each day, the participants are given five different tasks to do. To move forward, players must do what each number says to do. The goal is to take as few steps as possible to get there.

The six whole numbers can be used to do the math. You can’t use a single number sign more than once. It is against the rules to do anything that results in a fraction or a negative number instead of a positive integer.

How do you win the New York Times Digits game?

What would you do if you were told to multiply the numbers 2 through 12 to get the number 40? When you split 6 by 8 and then 14 by 2, you get 28. When you multiply 10 by 12, you get 22, but when you do the same thing with 28, you get 50. Even if it didn’t get the required 40 points, it got one or two stars.
