Looking to unlock all the secret achievements in Dead Space Remake hidden achievements? You’re in luck! In this guide, we’ll take you through the nine hidden trophies and provide tips on how to unlock them.
Firstly, Dead Space Remake has a total of 38 trophies, categorized into Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels, depending on their difficulty. In addition to these visible achievements, there are nine secret trophies to unlock, including six Bronze and three Silver trophies, making them relatively easy to unlock.
The secret trophies are tied to the main story, and most are easily achievable. However, four trophies are missable and require special attention. Let’s take a look at each of the nine Dead Space Remake hidden achievements.
How to unlock Dead Space Remake hidden achievements?
While some of the nine trophies may prove challenging, they are still relatively easy compared to finishing the Remake in Impossible Mode. Pay extra attention to the missable trophies and get the weapon upgrades needed to streamline your trophy-hunting experience. We hope this guide helps you unlock all the Dead Space Remake hidden achievements!
Dead Space Remake hidden achievements are as follows:
- Brute Force
- Get Off My Ship!
- Front Towards Enemy
- Mindless Prey
- Z Baller
- Full Clearance
This trophy is tied to the main game and is the easiest trophy to unlock on the list. Players need to kill a Brute, which they encounter in Chapter 4. The most effective method to kill one is to shoot the pus sacks on its body after slowing it down via stasis.
Another main story trophy, players need to kill the Leviathan in Chapter 6. Killing the Leviathan isn’t challenging, and players can use the Plasma Cutter or Rifle on the pus sacks on its body.
Get Off My Ship!
Players must defeat the Leviathan in Chapter 8 by firing the three ADS Cannons on the Ishimura on the Leviathan’s pus sacks. Players must finish the Leviathan off with the Plasma Cutter or Rifle upon interacting with all three cannons.
While there it would be wise to complete Dead Space Remake Find Report on Bridge mission.
Front Towards Enemy
This is a missable trophy, and players must survive the shooting gallery on the USM Valor in Chapter 9. Defeating the Necromorphs won’t be too challenging as, by this point, players should already be well-equipped and skilled.
To unlock Marked, players need to pick up at least one Marker Fragment scattered across the Ishimura. Marker Fragments can only be found on a second playthrough after completing the main story.
Unlocking Mindless Prey involves defeating the Hive Mind boss in Chapter 12. The Hive Mind boss fight is a two-phase battle and is arguably the most straightforward boss fight in Dead Space Remake.

This trophy takes the longest to unlock out of all the Dead Space Remake secret trophies. Players must view the alternate ending of the remake, which takes multiple playthroughs to view. After completing the remake once, players must start a new game + run with all twelve marker fragments found.
This is an unorthodox and mini-game-like trophy to unlock in Dead Space Remake. Players must earn more or equal to 220 points in the Zero-G Basketball court, which can be found in Chapter 10.
Getting the Full Clearance trophy involves creating the Master Security Override, which requires completing the You Are Not Authorized Side Quest, which can be started in Chapter 4.
