Insta360 Flow comes with many interesting and impressive features, but the most amount of attention is grabbed by the abilities of Deep Track 3.0. Human Re-Identification in Deep Track 3.0 enables the Insta360 Flow to keep following the same subject throughout the recording even if they are hidden from view, and All-Angle Tracking enables tracking even when the subject’s shape changes.
By zooming out or continuing to follow the subject’s motion as it moves outside of the frame, Tracking Recovery, on the other hand, keeps track of the subject. Moreover, there is a Live Mode for tracking during live video conversations or streaming. Apps like FaceTime, Instagram, and TikTok are supported.
Gesture Control is another feature of the Insta360 Flow that enables designers to start hands-free tracking without having to direct the camera or click a button.

The all-in-one tool also has a SmartWheel with a sleek design that artists can use to swiftly access the various Flow capabilities. You may switch between the SmartWheel’s four primary modes with a swipe: Auto, Follow, Pan Follow, and FPV.
The camera firm claims that the Auto mode, exclusive to the Insta360 Flow, is ideal for beginners since it automatically adjusts the gimbal settings based on the user’s motions for “guaranteed shake-free photos.” On the other side, the FPV mode is designed for daring designers and allows you to rotate your smartphone to mimic FPV drone-like actions, including a barrel roll.
Panorama, TimeShift, Motion Timelapse, and Dolly Zoom are additional shooting options. For fans of basketball, there is also a Hoop Mode. It tracks the basketball and hoop using artificial intelligence to detect when a basket is made, then stores the highlights as separate clips for simple editing into a reel.
Insta360 Flow users can edit their movies using the AI-powered shooting and editing features in the Insta360 app. Also, they can use Shot Genie’s advice for shooting strategies based on the environment.
