The Biosensor Scope can be found in the same room where the keycard machine is located, and it can be attached to a rifle or a TMP.
To get the Resident Evil 4 remake Wrench location, Leon has to look through the Biosensor Scope at the four Regeneradors that are suspended in the tanks in the adjacent room. One of them will have a Wrench-shaped object inside its stomach, which is the one that Leon needs to kill. He has to shoot the tank to release the Regenerador, and then use the Biosensor Scope to aim for the glowing parasites inside its body. Shooting all of them will kill the Regenerador and allow Leon to retrieve the Wrench.
However, Leon has to be careful not to shoot any of the other tanks by accident, as that will unleash more Regeneradors that will make his life harder. He also has to watch out for other enemies that will attack him while he is upgrading his keycard with the Wrench. After obtaining the Level 3 Keycard, players should backtrack to the hallway adjacent to the Incubation Lab, enter the western door, and proceed down the corridor until they reach the chamber where Ashley is being held captive.
