Lake Huron UFO shot down: Timeline
On Saturday, radar in Montana caught up with the object that had been shot down. On Saturday night, after a radar anomaly led a jet to investigate, the airspace over Montana was temporarily restricted before being rapidly reopened. But some airspace over Lake Michigan near Wisconsin was temporarily closed for “national defense airspace” right now.
NORTHCOM/radar NORAD’s detected a contact over Montana, prompting the dispatch of interceptor planes. Those planes didn’t find anything that matched up with the radar hits, so NORTHCOM/NORAD assumed it was an anomaly and kept an eye on it, according to top government officials.
On Sunday, NORTHCOM/NORAD re-established radar contact with Montant and spotted the “unmanned object” above the Midwest. The unidentified flying object was spotted hovering at around 20,000 feet over the upper peninsula of Michigan and was preparing to cross over Lake Huron.
A mysterious octagonal object with strings and no obvious cargo was spotted in Lake Huron. Around 3 p.m. Sunday, the object had been destroyed by American Air Force and National Guard pilots.
The government is currently attempting to retrieve the object in question.
I’ve been in contact with DOD regarding operations across the Great Lakes region today.
