Lake Huron UFO shot down: US shoots down object over Alaska

According to the Pentagon, a United States F-16 fighter jet followed orders from President Joe Biden to shoot down unidentified flying object on Sunday afternoon while flying over Lake Huron.

Three U.S. officials confirmed another high-altitude object was shot down on Sunday, this time over Lake Huron. Lake Huron UFO was shot down by a U.S. military plane. Out of an abundance of caution and on the advice of military commanders, President Biden directed Lake Huron UFO shot down. A White House statement described the object as being “the size of a small car” and a “reasonable threat” to commercial flights.

According to a statement released by the Pentagon on Sunday afternoon, an F-16 from the United States Air Force launched a sidewinder missile at the objects around 2:45 p.m.

“Its path and altitude raised concerns, including that it could be a hazard to civil aviation. The location chosen for this shoot down afforded us the opportunity to avoid impact to people on the ground while improving chances for debris recovery. There are no indications of any civilians hurt or otherwise affected.”

How did Lake Huron UFO shot down happen?

Octagon shape UFO shot down over lake Huron, and its news started with a tweet. Michigan Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin tweeted on Sunday that she had gotten a phone call from the Department of Defense stating, “Our military has an extremely close eye on the object above Lake Huron.”

Just got a call from @DeptofDefense — our military has an extremely close eye on the object above Lake Huron. We’ll know more about what this was in the coming days, but for now, be assured that all parties have been laser-focused on it from the moment it traversed our waters.

— Rep. Elissa Slotkin (@RepSlotkin) February 12, 2023

At around 3 p.m., she tweeted once more that the object had been shot down by U.S. Air Force and National Guard pilots.

2/ As long as these things keep traversing the US and Canada, I’ll continue to ask for Congress to get a full briefing based on our exploitation of the wreckage.

— Rep. Elissa Slotkin (@RepSlotkin) February 12, 2023

The operation was confirmed Sunday by Republican Michigan Representative Jack Bergman, who tweeted, “The US military has decommissioned another ‘object’ over Lake Huron.”

It’s the third such incident in as three days across North America, and UFO spots continue.

China UFO news comes after the United States and Canada successfully shot down three unidentified flying objects in the past several days. On Saturday, a U.S. fighter jet intercepted and destroyed another UFO on the orders of President Joe Biden and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada.

I spoke with President Biden this afternoon. Canadian Forces will now recover and analyze the wreckage of the object. Thank you to NORAD for keeping the watch over North America.

The second object was identified as a “small, cylindrical object” by Canadian Defense Minister Anita Anand.

Lake Huron UFO shot down: Timeline

On Saturday, radar in Montana caught up with the object that had been shot down. On Saturday night, after a radar anomaly led a jet to investigate, the airspace over Montana was temporarily restricted before being rapidly reopened. But some airspace over Lake Michigan near Wisconsin was temporarily closed for “national defense airspace” right now.

NORTHCOM/radar NORAD’s detected a contact over Montana, prompting the dispatch of interceptor planes. Those planes didn’t find anything that matched up with the radar hits, so NORTHCOM/NORAD assumed it was an anomaly and kept an eye on it, according to top government officials.

On Sunday, NORTHCOM/NORAD re-established radar contact with Montant and spotted the “unmanned object” above the Midwest. The unidentified flying object was spotted hovering at around 20,000 feet over the upper peninsula of Michigan and was preparing to cross over Lake Huron.

Lake Huron UFO shot down, China UFO and more: What is happening?A mysterious octagonal object with strings and no obvious cargo was spotted in Lake Huron. Around 3 p.m. Sunday, the object had been destroyed by American Air Force and National Guard pilots.

The government is currently attempting to retrieve the object in question.

I’ve been in contact with DOD regarding operations across the Great Lakes region today.

The US military has decommissioned another “object” over Lake Huron.

I appreciate the decisive action by our fighter pilots.

The American people deserve far more answers than we have.

— Rep. Jack Bergman (@RepJackBergman) February 12, 2023

Earlier on Sunday, the FAA announced temporary flight limitations over certain areas of Lake Michigan due to national security concerns.

Parts of the area have been designated as “national defense airspace” for the time being, according to the notice issued by the FAA. The NAADC reported that limitations went into effect at around 11 a.m.

“The FAA briefly closed some airspace over Lake Michigan to support Department of Defense activities. The airspace has been reopened.”
