Players are in need of an all memory locations BOTW guide so we are here to help if you need one to complete the Captured Memories quest.
Action-adventure game Breath of the Wild has an open-world setting. Link is the character that players take control of while they explore the Hyrulean kingdom. Breath of the Wild promotes nonlinear gameplay, as evidenced by the lack of clear entrances or exits to sections, the lack of extensive player teaching, and the urge to explore at will. The Zelda franchise now features a consistent physics engine thanks to Breath of the Wild, allowing players to tackle issues in several ways rather than focusing on one specific answer.

The full game of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild may be completed through the Captured Memories quest. There is no timer and finishing the game is not necessary. But the benefits for those who finish the journey are huge.
Captured Memories tells a sizable amount of the story and even provides some nagging answers. We’ll explain where to look for each one in this guide on all memory locations BOTW.
Legend of The Zelda: Breath of the Wild is available on Nintendo Store.
Where are all memory locations BOTW?
You may put together the past and learn about the events that took place before the main storyline starts by collecting all of the Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild Captured Memories. These treasures are perfect for you if you’re interested in lore and history, and finding them all will be a worthwhile task. So without further ado here is all memory locations BOTW.
Sacred Ground Ruins
To the Central tower, warp. You must travel through Central Hyrule, Hyrule Field, and the Sacred Ground Ruins to reach your objective.
Lake Kolomo
Warp to Grand Plateau Tower, jump from the cliff, and glide to Hyrule Field in the direction of Hyrule Castle. The area is near Lake Kolomo’s shores.
Ancient Columns
Warp to Hyrule’s Tabantha tower. To reach the Ancient Columns, pass through Piper Ridge. You can warp to a location just a few yards away if the quick travel waypoint at Tena Ko’sah shrine has been unlocked.

Kara Kara Bazaar
Warp to the Gerudo Desert’s Wasteland Tower. Follow the route till it ends in Gerudo Town. In the center of the bazaar, close to the pond, lies The Captured Memory.
Eldin Canyon
Between Eldin tower and Woodland tower in Eldin is where you’ll find The Captured Memory. Pass Goronbi Lake on your way past Eldin Tower. Simply paraglide around the slopes if you need to avoid the heat. Go into the mountains after leaving Woodland tower.
A mountain shown in the gallery above is where The Captured Memory is located. Cook some meals and elixirs that can replenish your stamina while you are ascending if you are low on it.
Irch Plain
Next up on our guide on all memory locations BOTW, Irch Pain. To the Ridgeland tower, warp. On the Irich Plain, close to a lake, you can encounter this Captured Memory if you cross the nearby road. Even as you paraglide from the tower, you’ll be able to see this big tree. Make sure Hyrule Castle is on the horizon in case you go lost.
West Necluda
Paraglide off after warping to the Great Plateau tower (in the direction of the Dueling Peaks). As you cross Scout’s Hill, keep an eye out for a tree with a rock at its base that is perched on a hill.
Hyrule Castle
Due to its residence inside the incredibly hazardous Hyrule Castle, this is the most challenging Captured Memory to locate in our guide of all memory locations BOTW. Use your paraglider to cross the moat as you approach the castle from the bank. Similar to the maps for the Divine Beasts, the Hyrule Castle map is 3D, and as the gallery above illustrates, you are climbing the tower to reach the summit.
No matter where you are in Breath of the Wild, this is risky. Your best option is to enter covertly via a convoluted path. So, in order to guide you, we created a video.

Spring of Power
The closest is Akkala Tower, but it is not very close to this Captured Memory. Follow the road leading to the Akkala Highlands if you warp there. Continue until you reach the Katosa Aug shrine and East Akkala Stable.
Head towards the grassy area after obtaining a horse from East Akkala Stable. To see your route, look at the maps in the gallery up top. It’s not far or tough.
Sanidin Park Ruins
Warp to the Central Tower, over the Regencia River, and Mount Daphnes. You can discover the horse monument at Sanidin Park Ruins on the other side if you cross the big slope in front of you.
Lanaryu Road East Gate
Despite being close to Dueling Peaks tower and Lanaryu tower, This Captured Memory is simply not by any tower. A far better place to begin is the Ta’loh Naeg shrine close to Kakariko Village.
As if you were going to the Great Fairy Fountain, proceed out of the village and up the hill. Follow the path across the mountains to Lanaryu Road – East Gate, which is neatly marked on your map, after passing through that region. The path is depicted in the gallery up top.
Hyrule Field
You can locate this captured memory on a path right off the Hylia River’s bank in the Bottomless Swamp region of Hyrule Field, close to Central tower and Dueling Peaks tower.

Blatchery Plain
The last one in our all memory locations BOTW guide is the Blatchery Plain memory. To get this memory, Return to Impa in Kakariko village once you have located the 12 Captured Memories sites listed on your Shiekah slate. She will discuss the 12th and last captured memory with you and show you a photo on her wall that will direct you there. If it looks familiar, that’s because you most likely went to the field of malfunctioning equipment when you first arrived in Hateno village.
To the Hateno tower, warp. Your destination is in the area filled with malfunctioning machinery in front of Fort Hateno, across the Squabble River. The precise site, which is in the wider Blatchery Plain area, can be found on the map in the gallery above.
And that’s it for our guide on all memory locations BOTW. We hope you find it helpful and managed to collect all 13 memories within the game with the help of our guide.
