How to become a vassal in MB2 Bannerlord?

You must first attain Clan Tier 2 in order to even be given the option to join a faction or kingdom. Up until that time, you can either roam about undertaking Mount and Blade activities or become a mercenary (Clan Tier 1).
You won’t need to take any more steps after you reach Clan Tier 2. Others might assert that in order to join a faction, you must first become a mercenary for that faction, but that is untrue. The fastest way to reach Clan Tier 2 is by using this method, but it does necessitate some proficiency in riding a horse and archery. You’ll need a quick horse and a good bow. Start the game by investing all of your points in bow and riding.
Go over to a faction you won’t mind that will detest you and start invading their territory, now. Asking for their supplies would be the wisest course of action because you can later sell them.
