In late December, the system will also be available in Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, but not in time for the giveaway. To qualify, you must have made a purchase on Steam between 12:00am GMT on November 14, 2021 and 11:59pm GMT on November 14, 2022. Despite some minor annoyances, such as the need to keep the system on with a lit-up screen in order to download games, the Steam Deck is constantly improving.
