Today we explain how to fix Destiny 2 Gone But Not Forgotten quest bug. Gone but Not Forgotten in Destiny 2 is trickier to accomplish than the majority of event tutorial objectives. Players have been unable to advance the quest in this one due to a rather bad day-one glitch. As a result, some Destiny 2 players are perplexed and unsure of how to proceed with the quest or whether their game is broken.

Meanwhile you can try the steps below to fix Destiny 2 Gone But Not Forgotten quest bug.
How to complete Gone but Not Forgotten in Destiny 2?
Follow these steps to complete Gone but Not Forgotten in Destiny 2.
Step 1: Speak with Eva to claim your mask
You must first visit Eva Levante to obtain your Halloween mask before you may access Destiny 2 during Festival of the Lost. She will offer you your mask and the mission Gone but Not Forgotten.
One will be handed to you at upgrade level three, with a power level that corresponds to the level of your present equipment. She will give you one of each Light element; choose the one you like most, but bear in mind that if you wish to add mods to it, you will need to upgrade it.
As in previous years, you can access your mask’s personalization menu and equip any decorations you may have gathered, whether in 2022 or earlier.
Since you need it to gain seasonal currency during this event, you’ll be wearing it almost entirely at all times. Therefore, I advise you to level it at least to rank seven.
Step 2: Equip the mask Eva gave you
Either way, Gone but Not Forgotten will advance if you steal the mask from Eva. You then need to put on the mask. This is ground-breaking material for a quest phase, yet Eva is requesting it of us. So, locate that wonderful Rahool mask in your inventory and put it on.
Step 3: Speak with Eva
We chat to Eva once more in step three of Gone but Not Forgotten, but this time she’s dressed up! If you don’t read what she says, you’ll be directed to step four of Gone but Not Forgotten.
Step 4: Enter a Haunted Sector and complete a Summoning Ritual
This is the hardest part of the journey thus far. You’re already almost finished because it’s the only element of Gone but Not Forgotten that calls for gaming.
The Festival of the Lost’s event activity is the Haunted Sectors, where you can turn your Spectral Pages into Manifested Pages. You must start the action from a node on the Tower map because Eva ought to have handed you two Spectral Pages in the prior quest stage.
Step 5: Defeat a Headless One to convert a Spectral Page
Go to one of the zones that appear during the activity once you’ve entered the Haunted Sector. A Headless One will spawn if you hang around the area for a short while. You’ll be one step closer to finishing the task if you kill him and any other enemies that spawn, finish the sector, and then.
The problem is known to Bungie, and a remedy is being developed. Therefore, if you’re unfortunate enough to be affected by this flaw, you may be confident that a remedy is on the way.
Step 6: Return to Eva
Returning to Eva in the Tower is the next requirement for finishing Gone but Not Forgotten, assuming step five was successfully completed. At this point, all that’s needed is a brief passage of dialogue providing additional details on the incident. Eva will now introduce you to the Book of the Forgotten and ask you to place your Manifested Pages inside of it.
Step 7: Add your Manifested Page to the Book of the Forgotten
Eva’s right there, so go over there and interact with the book. There will be 27 separate page nodes displayed to you. Unlocking the majority of these nodes costs nine pages. Just press the first one for the time being.
Step 8: Speak with Eva again
Return to Eva after that, and she will go over some additional information you need to understand in order to participate in Festival of the Lost successfully. Once more, either pay attention to what she says or don’t. Actually, it makes no difference.
Step 9: Claim your first challenge in your event card
You must accept the first challenge on your Festival of the Lost Event Card in order to complete this Gone but Not Forgotten stage. You can then access the remaining challenges in the event. You should read through these because they are the goals for the next three weeks, so familiarize yourself with them.
Step 10: You guessed it – Speak with Eva
Engage Eva Levante in conversation in the Tower. She will finish the protracted spiel she has been spoon-feeding you and then let you go.
The completion of Gone but Not Forgotten is all there is to it. You should complete this quest in within 10 minutes, if you weren’t affected by the issue that prevented progress. Unfortunately, there is currently no known fix for individuals who were unlucky. Although it’s terrible, Bungie should release a patch soon.
