How to catch Yveltal in Pokemon Go?
While the Pokémon you stack your team with don’t necessarily need to be one of these sorts, matching the Pokémon’s type to their moves will deal more damage. Yveltal is particularly vulnerable to Electric-, Ice-, Rock-, and Fairy-type attacks because it is a Dark and Flying-type Pokémon. The Pokémon with more CP and better stats are the greatest to stack your team with since they will help you more in your battle against Yveltal since you’ll be facing it in a five-star raid.
As with every raid in Pokémon GO, you must first defeat Yveltal to be given a chance to catch it. The more Premiere Balls you receive to capture a Pokémon, the faster you and your team can defeat it.
Unfortunately, only because you have reached the stage when you face a legendary Pokémon does not mean you will succeed in capturing it.
If your Premiere Balls run out and you are unsuccessful in capturing Yveltal, you will need to do another five-star raid to get another chance. Your odds of successfully throwing a PokéBall will rise if you land curve balls, make good throws, and use berries.

Best counters for Yveltal in Pokemon Go
In the game, Yveltal will be classified as a Dark and Flying-type Pokemon, making it vulnerable to Electric, Fairy, Ice, and Rock-type attacks. It might be wise to use a powerful Pokemon from one of those camps in those raid bouts if you have one.
The greatest Pokemon to utilize as counters against Yveltal, if you’re fortunate enough to have them, are Shadow Raikou, Shadow Zapdos, and Zekrom.

Who is stronger Xerneas or Yveltal?
Given that Yveltal is a dual Dark/Flying-type Legendary Pokemon, it unquestionably holds the advantage when comparing the two in terms of their combat versatility. Yveltal, however, is vulnerable to twice as many different varieties of Pocket Monsters as Xerneas.
