The Stone of Power is a quest that may be completed by anyone at level 50. It’s a Roster mission, which means it can be done with any character on your roster. The XP earned will go towards your Roster level. It’s provided by the Legendary Blacksmith in Serenity Isle.

The Stone of Power Lost Ark quest guide
To complete this Quest, you must gather 15 pieces of the Shadowfallen Giant Locarok, Pebbling stone chips, and the fourth Claw of Thanatos. The quest will start on Serenity Isle after speaking to the Legendary Blacksmith. He will tell you that he needs these materials to make a Powerful Stone. You will need to travel to Morai Ruins and Tortoyk’s Heart to obtain each item.
For the Stone of Power Lost Ark you’ll have to go to the Tortoyk Island’s Dungeon, known as Tortoyk’s Heart, to collect the pieces and stone fragments. Because you won’t need to finish it in order to get all of the quest rewards, you may queue up alone and leave whenever you want to save time.
The Fourth Claw of Thanatos can be found in another dungeon. Enter the Morai Ruins area and the continent of Yudia’s Saland Hill region to get to the Morai Ruins dungeon. This time, you’ll have to complete it. The final boss will drop the object.
After obtaining the Fourth Claw of Thanatos, you will need to travel to Tortoyk Island. Once you arrive at Tortoyk, head to the Forest of Giants and enter the Tortoyk’s Heart dungeon. You will find this dungeon on the north side of the Forest of Giants near Tortoyk’s Head.
Unlike Morai Ruins, you do not need to venture through the entire dungeon to collect Shadowfallen Giant Locarok pieces and Pebbling stone fragments. Instead, you need to defeat enough Rock Giants for the Shadowfallen Giant Locarok pieces and defeat pebblings for the stone fragments later in the dungeon. While you can complete the dungeon from this point on, you are not required to for this quest.
Once you obtain all of the items, head back to Serenity Isle and speak to the Legendary Blacksmith. After some quick dialogue, you will complete the quest and receive a Skill Point Potion alongside Guardian and Destruction Stone Fragment chests.
When you’ve collected all of these items, you may claim your rewards and complete the quest right from the Quests menu.
