God of War Last of Us mode revealed! Sony’s top heros are going head-to-head: God of War and The Last of Us are combining, but on a non-Sony platform. Modders have been hard at work since God of War came to PC: the Master Chief has already shown up in God of War, among other changes. Now, The Last of Us joins the fun: Joel and Ellie enter the Northern mythology.

As is the case with all modifications, it was created by some skilled gamers who are elevating their game to the next level and taking it into their own hands. OmegaFantasy, the YouTuber who helped to bring Joel and Ellie to God of War, replaced Kratos and Atreus with Joel and Ellie:
This is a greater God of War modification than the others I’ve seen, because it makes perfect sense: Joel as the father, and Ellie as an archer? Yup, that’s right. Furthermore, replacing The Stranger with David adds a whole new layer of meaning to this mod.
