$SHIB, $LEASH, and $BONE tokens will be included in the SHIB: The Metaverse as soon as certain phases are carried out.

What will you be able to buy in SHIB: The Metaverse?
SHIB: The Metaverse will encompass 100,595 plots of land and public spaces will be accessible for purchase. Some areas will be locked for common use and road maintenance, while others will be reserved as private property.
The team will initially unlock 36 431 properties that will include four districts in the first phase which are called Growth District, Defense District, Technology District, and the Currencies District. They will be split into four categories: “Silver Fur,” “Gold Tail,” “Platinum Paw” and “Diamond Teeth,” with prices ranging from 0.2 ETH to 1 ETH, depending on the tier, as the team has chosen to use a neutral currency.
